A couple of weeks ago, we finally got around to throwing a birthday party... for ourselves. Throughout the past year, we had been half-heartedly "celebrating" being in business for over 30 years. But two months into 2011, we decided to take a break from operations, gather our staff, partners, supporters and family, and throw a little party.
